International Deliveries

 

All un-framed Original Works and print orders are professionally packaged and shipped within 5-14 business days from order date. Christmas & festive period orders may take between 10-21 days. So do order early.

 

Framed original works are and shipped within 2-4 weeks from order date.

 

Framed prints professionally packaged are shipped within 14 business days from order date.

 

Delivery and packaging charges is based on actual third party costs. 

 

Local Deliveries in Singapore

 

All un-framed original and print orders, framed original works and prints  - same as above but maybe delivered sooner subject to confirmation by all parties.

RETURNS

 

PatRocheGallery is not responsible for any damage after delivery.  Any claims for damages must be made within 3 days from date of receipt together with relevant photos. 

 

 All artworks must be returned together with original receipt, using a traceable shipping method. Additional shipping fees will apply for international returns.
